

Immobilienforum Frankfurt is an inter-regional network of property market decision-makers. Alongside institutional investors, developers and facility managers, all consultative professions “in the area of property” are represented.
Principles At the focal point of the activities is the personal consideration of current themes (e.g. Frankfurt 2025) as well as the promotion of young professionals in the property sector.
Members will be accredited on the basis of their personality, and their affiliation with a firm will only be of secondary importance. In principle, only one representative of a company should be a member of the Immobilienforum. Membership has initially be limited to 60 persons. The members’ committee will determine the outcome of a membership application.
Events 6 + 1 evening events are planned for the year, beginning in February. Members and guests meet as a rule on the evening of the third Wednesday of each month. Every event is organized by a member and conducted in a responsible manner. A speaker from the fields of economics, science, politics, culture and society etc. is invited to each event, with subsequent discussion.
Alongside a “convivial” part when participants can freely exchange ideas, each event has a main motto, which does not explicitly have to relate to property. Any business interests of participants must not define or influence the character of the forums.
Arbeitskreis Frankfurt 2025 As well as the monthly discussion forums, Immobilienforum Frankfurt provides lasting impulse by way of “Arbeitskreis Frankfurt 2025”. This working group comes up with answers and ideas for aspects of the development of the city/population of Frankfurt taking into consideration future forms of living and working.
