Principles & Aims

Immobilienforum Frankfurt was founded in February 2002 and has been directed by Dipl.-Ing. Arch. Dawud Diniawarie since its foundation.
Principles & Aims
The activities of Immobilienforum Frankfurt focus on personal exchange on current issues, including the real estate sector, science, conservation, new real estate concepts as well as support of junior professionals in the real estate industry, the organisation, administration and implementation of symposia, exhibitions and conferences in the field of real estate as well as events, competitions and prize awards.
Members are accredited on the basis of personal achievement and only to a lesser extent due to membership of a particular company. Only one representative per company is principally accredited by the Immobilienforum. Total membership is limited representing a mix of project developers, investors, architects, engineers, bankers, fund companies, notaries, solicitors, appraisers, representatives of academic institutions, Messe, cultural institutions, Frankfurt Airport, Deutsche Bahn and insurance companies.
Four evening receptions and one special event are scheduled for each year, beginning in the month of February. Members and their guests generally meet on the 3rd Wednesday evening of the respective month. Every reception is arranged by a member and organised and implemented in the member’s responsibility in consultation with the Immobilienforum management. A speaker from industry, academia, politics, culture or social affairs is invited for every event. The talk is followed by a discussion and get-together.

Apart from the “social” character of the occasion, permitting informal exchange between all participants, each event is defined by a guiding motto which need not be related explicitly to real estate. The commercial interests of participants in these events may not define or influence the character of the forums.
